人不能自满、骄傲，应该随时从身边的人身上学习各种经验，如果别人比我厉害，那我就把他当老师，把人家厉害的，人家成功的经验都学起来。相反的，如果别人比我们笨，那他犯过的错，我们也要把他学起来、记起来，也要知道从中去获取借鉴，不但不能犯同样的错误，最好还能够从中看到机会，这才是重点，所以，「老子」解释了那些很厉害的人，他们都是怎么成功的？「老子」就举例，那些很会行军的人，他们因为是从别人跟踪的各种方法，然后才知道怎么做可以破解不被发现的奥秘；那些很会游说辩论的、很会谋划的、很会制作枷锁，为什么他们都这... more
在君臣之间的相处更是随时在变化，做臣子的人，躁动就容易透露给君王自己功利的目的，所以说「轻则失臣」；同样的，如果身为君王的人躁动，也容易导致军心不安、或者被下属抓住弱点或把柄，所以也说「躁则失君」。其实通篇我们可以用六个字来总结：「广积粮、缓称王」。「老子」用君子远行来做比喻，没有足够的装载，又怎么能够安心无虞的走到目的地，那又何况在打仗的时候，怎么可以没有做好完全的准备。君王没有做好准备就出征，那就是跟让老百姓去送死，没有什么不一样。
「老子」在冥想中预见了宇宙的生产与变化，我们不知道「老子」看到了什么，但是，在「老子」探索的天地生成的奥秘中，我们参考了现代物理学家对于宇宙是如何诞生的发现中，我们的得到了一些更为具体、更为视觉化的理解。从现代物理学对于宇宙是如何诞生的描述，我们便觉得为何于「老子」所描述天地诞生的经过，是如此的相似：「有物混成，先天地生。大而逝，逝而远，远而反」。人不违地，乃得全安。地不违天，乃得全载。天不违道，乃得全。道不违自然，乃得其性。所以，自然之道是一切的终极。
怕别人看不见自己，就想站的更高，让别人看见；怕跟不上别人，就死命的把脚步迈的更大，怕不能超越、怕被他人超越。在竞争的世界中，我们是不是易经习惯了这样的思维模式与行为习惯呢？我们总以为自己非常了解自己，所以，当朋友跟我们交恶，我们想到的都是对方的过错，我们总看到自己的理由，认为自己都是自然而然，别人都是因为不能理解我们，然后别人都太过分，而我们自己的无辜、无奈则没有人可以理解。 more
