心血管健康确实需要引起重视，据CDC统计，心血管疾病在美国不同性别、几乎所有族裔里都是第一死因：每33秒就有一人死于心血管疾病，每40秒就有一例心肌梗死。心血管疾病也是中国最大的死因，每年导致的死亡占总死亡的40%。
不过心血管疾病种类很多。日常生活中，心脏病发作、心力衰竭，心脏骤停以及心源性猝死，很多心血管疾病名词常被我们混着用。实际上这些词代表的疾病很不一样。... more
3月22日，央视《财经调查》节目曝光了一些水产商贩为了装卸方便，避免鱼在运输过程中掉鳞片，给活鱼上未经国家批准的麻醉剂，勾兑麻醉剂时还使用不能用于食品行业的工业酒精。新闻一出，估计很多人看市场里的活鱼恐怕都不再感叹活鱼才新鲜好吃了。
不过，审视这些商贩们添加的麻醉剂，必须得说，他们的行为虽然违规，但对消费者的实际健康威胁并不大。而且，活鱼检测出麻药有多年历史，或许已是国内鱼类养殖的普遍现象。
