虽然每集的标题和关注点不同，但是解法貌似都是那一套：搞身体、规律性等等的。没有落在更深入的办法上，比如如何搞身体，搞好身体背后的科学规律，搞身体常见的误区与应对方法等。
所以初听会觉得很不错很有帮助。听多了便会觉得索然无味，如果要做长期的博客，主持人还是要思考一下怎么把内容讲细。
