尋豆師的旅程
歐舍咖啡尋豆師許寶霖，歐舍咖啡創辦人，早期有感於台灣咖啡來源單一，產區資訊缺乏，故而興起前往產區自行尋豆之意，隨著經驗日豐，一年中有一半以上的時間在產區各地測味評選。經驗長年累積，目前為卓越盃咖啡大賽（CoE，Cup of Excellence）第一位華人國際評審，進出各咖啡產國海關戳記超過147個，造訪過超過1000家咖啡莊園，直接面對第一線的咖啡農，耕耘產區之勤，十年如一日，台灣咖啡界第一人。 除了將在節目裡分享他在這些莊園尋豆以及咖啡的故事，他也會邀請不同領域的來賓聊聊他們的旅行故事，並為這些來賓量身打造風味咖啡。
