京盛宇迎來了第十七個年頭！回顧2009年9月28日，世界上第一杯紫砂壺手沖茶誕生，當時一杯茶需要等待三到五分鐘。在講求速度與效益的商業世界裡，面對排隊人潮與追求出杯效率的壓力，林桑也曾掙扎與動搖過。但經過反覆嘗試，他深刻體會到，欲速則不達，唯有堅持傳統的沖泡方式，才能完美釋放茶葉歷經漫長生長旅程的天地精華。
