多次聽了黃舒衛先生對房市政策的評論，覺得他是是資方代表，幾乎都在負面評論。
1.如果房租收入只有1%，為何還有這麼多人？想當房東當投資客呢？
2.制定租約年限、和租金漲幅，房東就會漲房價，那麼房東的價格應該會先思考他的T A為何？不然是要一直唱空城計嗎？
3.有關主持人提到法條裡面情節重大部分難以界定，但是法律通常會伴隨有施行細則的修改。另外，有關於官方網站上面的大數據失真，怎知研究調查小組沒在做區域細部分析呢？
如果邀到黃大米、吳淡如上節目，這都是倖存者偏差的說法，我通常就會直接省略不聽。
