多次聽了黃舒衛先生對房市政策的評論，覺得他是是資方代表，幾乎都在負面評論。
1.如果房租收入只有1%，為何還有這麼多人？想當房東當投資客呢？
2.制定租約年限、和租金漲幅，房東就會漲房價，那麼房東的價格應該會先思考他的T A為何？不然是要一直唱空城計嗎？
