原本對於你們的節目還挺有好感，但聽了EP 409之後完全倒彈，你們在那邊笑說淡海新市鎮是新北最低價拜託，看看幾個知名建商的案子大坪數總價3000 4000多這些你們三位就完全可以負擔嗎？
你們其中一位主持人不是也說去原本想要去看安坑1000多萬的所謂別墅嗎？
再來，你們又在那邊提到什麼通勤問題，但是你們的節目難道不是通勤族開車或搭車時聽的嗎？還是你以為在家沙發時不看Netflix，反而特別點Podcast來聽呢？

聽完房仲那一集，我又對房仲更加反感又失望，10個房仲有10房仲會說話內容：
1.房子只會漲不會跌
2.屋主不會賠錢賣，實價登錄都有記錄請加價，不然買不到
3.後面好幾組要看屋，你不買還有其他會買
4.我不可能議價寧可得罪買方，也不願意得罪賣方，我是專簽耶！
5.我是仲介我主要幫屋主賣到最高價，能創實價登錄最高紀錄是我的能力！
絕大多數房仲和代銷，房地產業從業人員！
都會不停宣揚「房價只漲不跌」，
這個跟他們利益「看起來」完全相反的事情呢？
✩記住，不要聽一個人說了什麼，去看他實際做了什麼。
所有賣房子的業者之所以拼命宣揚「房價只漲不跌」，
是因為只要成功在市場帶起這個風向，
那麼買方就會產生「買房＝賺大錢」的夢！
只要買方願意相信這個致富的美夢，
他們就會願意為了這個夢，
用更高的預算、更高的貸款額度，
去買一間價格更貴的房。
因為買方會認為「現在苦一點沒關係」，
反正我撐個五六年等房價漲了，
到時候賣掉我就獲利了，
我願意為了這個美夢硬撐個幾年，
卻不知道相對應的風險在哪裡。
