「當媽媽後，不要有犧牲奉獻的感覺。」
這集《行行出老母》，我們訪問定居西班牙的 Murphy。
她在西班牙結婚、生小孩，也在當地植髮診所工作。
成為媽媽後，她最大的感受是：
育兒已經夠累了，如果一直覺得「我都是為了這個家」，很容易把自己消耗掉。
她說，無論是全職媽媽還是職場媽媽，沒有哪一種比較偉大。
重點是，那是不是最適合自己與家庭的選擇。
聊到西班牙育兒，她最有感的是「鬆弛感」。
孩子在公共場合哭鬧時，旁人比較常給的是理解、幫忙和逗弄，
而不是眼神攻擊。
