一個被問到爛的問題：
「新的一年，
我應該開始做點什麼呢？」
回答這問題前，
我想跟你說說
光廷的故事。
前陣子，
光廷傳訊息給我，
謝謝我帶給他的啟發，
也分享了他一年來的豐盛。

光廷是一位土木技師，
去年五月，
被指派校園徵才任務，
要面對近百位同學演講。
為了不讓場面冷掉，
他上網開始學習，
怎麼做簡報和說故事，
心流一來，研究到半夜。
任務結束後，
沒想到光廷上癮了，
喜歡上這種升級的快感。

前陣子有個朋友，
問了我一個問題：
「歐陽，你對AI搬文
的看法是什麼？」
我愣住，
回問他說：
「什麼是AI搬文？」
這概念我還是第一次聽到。
朋友解釋道，
有些人會用AI整理
國外人物訪談影片，
把影片內容生成文字，
然後發布在社群上。
比起自己想破頭寫作，
直接用AI搬文的方式，
通常可以獲得不錯的流量。
尤其看別人搬文，
快速輕鬆有流量，
對比自己在那邊傻寫，
真的會有一種焦慮感。

我們都聽過
孟母三遷的故事。
現在這故事還存在嗎？
有，不過通常是父母
為了選好學區而搬家，
以便讓小孩就讀明星國中。
不過我朋友雨徳很特別，
在大家搶著住進北市，
他卻帶著孩子搬到宜蘭，
接觸華德福教育。

雨德告訴我，
華德福鼓勵孩子接觸自然，
因此小孩在國中前不碰3C，
那麼他們怎麼做呢？
小孩進幼兒園，
如果穿卡通圖案的衣服，
老師會讓孩子把衣服反過來穿，
也就是看不見卡通圖案。

聽到老師一放學，就把孩子接去運動或玩樂非常感動～因為這是需要以身作則、身體力行的事👍
暑假時帶女兒去游泳班，跟櫃檯的人員聊天，才知道他們幾乎是看著很多孩子長大⋯從兩歲後來到小學六年級⋯但因為國中以後，課業壓力變大了，很多孩子就不再出現在游泳池了⋯
那天女兒問我：「贏在起跑點上很重要嗎？」我沉思了一下，跟他說：那就要看我們是參加短跑還是馬拉松⋯？
所以聽到老師的分享非常振奮，也覺得身心健康，還有固定的運動習慣，很重要👍
也提醒我自己，孩子的一生是馬拉松，不是短跑⋯所以即使女兒上了國中，也要支持他維持運動的好習慣～

「這一生我們愛的人，都是借來的。」時間到了都要還回去。
這話讓我很有感觸⋯因為太多父母，都放不下社會的期待與思想制約，要孩子：補習、學才藝、不能請假⋯等。能陪伴孩子玩樂的時光，家庭歡樂的記憶，屈指可數⋯
因此聽到這話，更堅定我把家庭玩樂製造記憶股息，放在生活首要～
女兒也因為從沒上安親班，補習班，我們一年出國兩次，把補習錢省下來在旅行上～11歲的女兒因為太害怕去安親班&補習，會透過YT、Ai自學，各科成績也都平均在90分以上⋯😛
期許老師的家庭，也能活出全家人喜歡的樣子，讓更多人知道，教養能有很多種樣貌～
