家德的兒子庭旭，
在節目裡很能講，
一點也不輸他老爸。
而且後來我們一塊用餐，
他也很能開話題，
完全不會因為
爸爸在旁邊，
而扭捏不敢講。
這讓我很好奇，
家德到底在孩子
身上施展了什麼魔法？
家德告訴我，
庭旭不是那種
世俗價值裡
那種成績好的孩子。
但是厲害在於，
他是屬於倒吃甘蔗型的，
會越活越出色的那種，

那天，
我訪家德和庭旭，
他們父子檔一起寫書，
把彼此同行的深刻回憶，
也一併寫進書裡。
家德最難忘的，
是庭旭小學畢業前，
他邀請兒子來一趟單車之旅。

一路騎往玉井，
全程來回約五十公里。
一開始路況平緩，
父子倆有說有笑，
天南地北的聊著；
隨著坡度上升，
兩人漸顯吃力，
汗不停地滑落，

最近在讀
《把時間浪費在值得的事情》，
覺得李尚龍的寫法蠻有意思的。
他就是蒐集了很多
時間管理的概念和技巧，
然後寫成100篇好讀的短文。
這種寫法的好處，
在於輕巧和生活化；
不過就會比較缺乏系統化，
所以我自己在讀的時候，
會重新分類。
把書中內容分成
效率管理、社交管理、
能量管理、創造管理四大類，
比較能把近似的概念記起來。

他說：「地位，是一場零和遊戲。」
所謂零和遊戲，
指有人贏，就有人得輸，
無法所有人都是贏家。
好，那地位
為何是零和遊戲呢？
原因很簡單，
令人稱羨的地位，
也就那麼幾個，
你得到了，
那就注定有人落馬。
這跟職場升遷的道理是一樣的，
他被提拔了，你就注定黯淡。

聽到老師一放學，就把孩子接去運動或玩樂非常感動～因為這是需要以身作則、身體力行的事👍
暑假時帶女兒去游泳班，跟櫃檯的人員聊天，才知道他們幾乎是看著很多孩子長大⋯從兩歲後來到小學六年級⋯但因為國中以後，課業壓力變大了，很多孩子就不再出現在游泳池了⋯
那天女兒問我：「贏在起跑點上很重要嗎？」我沉思了一下，跟他說：那就要看我們是參加短跑還是馬拉松⋯？
所以聽到老師的分享非常振奮，也覺得身心健康，還有固定的運動習慣，很重要👍
也提醒我自己，孩子的一生是馬拉松，不是短跑⋯所以即使女兒上了國中，也要支持他維持運動的好習慣～

「這一生我們愛的人，都是借來的。」時間到了都要還回去。
這話讓我很有感觸⋯因為太多父母，都放不下社會的期待與思想制約，要孩子：補習、學才藝、不能請假⋯等。能陪伴孩子玩樂的時光，家庭歡樂的記憶，屈指可數⋯
因此聽到這話，更堅定我把家庭玩樂製造記憶股息，放在生活首要～
女兒也因為從沒上安親班，補習班，我們一年出國兩次，把補習錢省下來在旅行上～11歲的女兒因為太害怕去安親班&補習，會透過YT、Ai自學，各科成績也都平均在90分以上⋯😛
期許老師的家庭，也能活出全家人喜歡的樣子，讓更多人知道，教養能有很多種樣貌～
