什麼時候開始，
我衡量人生的指標，
從財富和頭銜，
轉變為「快樂」了。
我現在最常
問孩子的問題是：
「你今天有快樂嗎？」
弔詭的是，
我們花很多力氣，
學如何賺取財富、贏得頭銜，
卻很少人意識到如何學會快樂。
這也正是為什麼
你看到那麼多有錢有勢的人，
成天愁眉苦臉、抑鬱難平。
最近我讀到
矽谷創業家納瓦爾，
關於對快樂的洞見，
覺得很有意思，分享給你：

如何提高人生的效益？
這事要從物理學聊起，
沒錯，物理學。
物理學有個基本概念，
叫做「能量守恆定律」。
簡單來說，
就是能量不會
憑空產生或消失。
只會在形式之間轉換，
過程中總能量維持不變。

這樣講很抽象，
舉幾個簡單例子。
像是小朋友玩溜滑梯，
為什麼溜完要趕快閃？
因為下一個小朋友溜下來時，
原本的「重力位能」，
在滑下過程中轉換成「動能」，
要是撞上了可不得了。
再比如電池好了，
就是透過「化學能」轉化成「電能」，... more
很多人一想到寫閱讀心得，
腦海中的恐怖回憶浮現了。
學生時代，
老師在課堂上，
發下一張讀書心得的學習單，
上面有著歷久不衰的既定格式：
書名、作者、出版社、
內容摘要、閱讀心得。
然後笑著對所有學生說：
「同學們，閱讀真的很重要，
但是只是讀不夠，
要寫讀書心得才會真正記住。
剛老師發給每個人一張讀書心得，
這個禮拜回去寫，
下禮拜一交過來。」
老師的神清氣爽和台下的哀鴻遍野，
形成強烈的對比。

假如你在公司，
看到一個同事眼眶紅紅的，
感覺剛才哭過，
你會怎麼做？
這題考的，
是你「閱讀空氣」的能力。
所謂閱讀空氣，
簡單來說就是察言觀色，
根據現場的情境，說出合宜的話，
這是這時代最珍貴稀缺的能力。

好，回到開頭的情境。
一般人的做法是，
直接問那同事：
「你剛在哭嗎？」
覺得自己在表達關心，
但反而把氣氛搞得很尷尬，
對方難道跟你說「對啊」嗎？
一定說「沒有啦」結束這回合。

暑假時帶女兒去游泳班，跟櫃檯的人員聊天，才知道他們幾乎是看著很多孩子長大⋯從兩歲後來到小學六年級⋯但因為國中以後，課業壓力變大了，很多孩子就不再出現在游泳池了⋯
那天女兒問我：「贏在起跑點上很重要嗎？」我沉思了一下，跟他說：那就要看我們是參加短跑還是馬拉松⋯？
所以聽到老師的分享非常振奮，也覺得身心健康，還有固定的運動習慣，很重要👍
也提醒我自己，孩子的一生是馬拉松，不是短跑⋯所以即使女兒上了國中，也要支持他維持運動的好習慣～

「這一生我們愛的人，都是借來的。」時間到了都要還回去。
這話讓我很有感觸⋯因為太多父母，都放不下社會的期待與思想制約，要孩子：補習、學才藝、不能請假⋯等。能陪伴孩子玩樂的時光，家庭歡樂的記憶，屈指可數⋯
因此聽到這話，更堅定我把家庭玩樂製造記憶股息，放在生活首要～
女兒也因為從沒上安親班，補習班，我們一年出國兩次，把補習錢省下來在旅行上～11歲的女兒因為太害怕去安親班&補習，會透過YT、Ai自學，各科成績也都平均在90分以上⋯😛
期許老師的家庭，也能活出全家人喜歡的樣子，讓更多人知道，教養能有很多種樣貌～
