台灣事實查核中心總編輯陳偉婷表示，外交、軍事、國際關係領域存在許多難以確認或觸及的資訊，但我們可以透過證據的可信程度、盡可能完整地確認事件來龍去脈等方法，正確識讀這類議題，避免被片面資訊「帶風向」，影響判斷。
