這集太棒了，學習好多新知，總之房市真的是個歷史共業，沒人退讓那就等著泡沫。不過明明有這麼多可以做的事，政府卻不做，或者不能做，想想這個社會真是有太多不能碰觸的逆鱗啊

其實不太理解為什麼在最新的專案管理這集需要一直使用很多日常生活不常使用的英文，例如one on one 這個詞照翻是一對一，不確定理解是否正確，如果只是讓自己可以跟同領域的人溝通容易的話，其實反而讓不同領域的人產生不好理解的落差，這個節目的面向如果是向普羅大眾為目標的話，這樣並不是一個好的表達方式，套入很多並不是沒有中文可以表示的詞其實蠻不明白的
