少數服從多數一直是從小說到大最基本的民主，此次會翻車大部分原因是身邊的親人朋友及有投票機會的公民認知這件事。
如若針對一人做不好行使罷免權，當然合理，罷免韓市長就是非常好的例子，但當此次上升變成只要非執政黨就罷免的狀況，民眾是不買單的。
再來罷免也需要花非常多錢，執政黨在那邊擋普發一萬元，卻讓全台灣白白花錢來罷免，誰能服氣？小周可能是為了8月的罷免才選擇不講嗎？還是這層的基本民意思考太淺，拿不上檯面講？
