TVBS新聞部副理的這一集，即使主持人一直想樹立中立的討論設定，但是很可惜沒有辦法掩蓋來賓的立場。且主持人有沒有足夠專業憲法知識進行對話，結果是充分的立場展現，現在的新聞媒體大多都是從立場出發，民眾自己需有識讀能力，但是最不可取的是表明自己沒有立場，只是很「中性」的看國家困境。用立場討論新聞幕後，又裝作沒立場，值得一顆星。
