內容很優質，喜歡聽不同的來賓分享。
我是聽覺偏敏感的聽眾，很在意錄音的品質。建議主持人避免過多的「回應感嘆詞」，畢竟這是以聽覺為主的平台，過多的雜音穿插在其中，很容易干擾聽覺感受，我會越聽越煩躁，雖然很像努力聽下去，但聽不到三分之一就會受不了。
例如：yah, yah, yah
嗯嗯嗯／嗯～／嗯哼～
尤其連續的「嗯」帶有鼻音和震動音，連續發出「嗯嗯嗯」的聲音，聽起來很像背景中有蚊子、蒼蠅或蜜蜂一直在旁邊干擾（滋滋滋／嗡嗡），非常不舒服，甚至會打斷來賓講話的節奏。
