大家有没有发现,我们很多时候都不允许自己好过?好像自己的任何感受、特质或想法,我们都能下意识地找到负面解读它的切入点。我们不允许自己轻易喜欢别人,因为觉得那是情感泛滥的表现;不允许自己慢慢疗愈创伤,因为担心落后于别人;甚至不允许自己喊痛,因为“总有人比我更惨”。

你会不会经常感到时间总是不够用?明明一天好像也没做什么,但是却感到很疲惫……
最近我读了一本书《时间贫困》,这本书帮助我了解了为什么我们会经常感到“时间不够用”以及我们要”如何加强对时间的掌控感”。书里讲了很多实用的方法,比如记录和追踪时间、五感冥想、识别并且优先做让自己感到快乐的事情等等,但是最让我印象深刻的是减少花在手机屏幕上的时间。书中也揭示了一个残酷的真相:我们花在社交媒体上的大量时间,并非用于真实的连接,而是在与他人精心编排的生活进行对比,从而消耗自己的情绪和时间,加剧内心的“贫困”... more
现在自媒体上有很多声音都在告诉我们要做自己,这点我很认同。不过我在想,做自己也并不代表我们就不和他人产生深度链接或者合作关系了,对吧?那在做自己和与他人合作之间,我们是不是可以尝试找到一个微妙的平衡?在我看来,这也许不是非此即彼的选择,而是一段螺旋上升的旅程:先学会接纳自己的感受,再勇敢地打破对自我的过度关注,尝试放下评判,真正地去倾听和理解他人。虽然做到这些非常困难,但我觉得值得去尝试,因为创建和谐的关系会让我们感到更踏实、更幸福。
