这一期最打动我，我反复听了四五遍，好几次眼泪夺眶而出。有一种被理解，被看见，被治愈的感觉。持续好几年的焦虑迷茫，仿佛看不到希望，所以听到这期的时候，仿佛心被轻轻撞了一下。让我看到，原来每一个普通又认真活着的人，都会累，会慌，会怀疑自己，会在深夜撑不住，却又在天亮时，悄悄把自己捡起来，继续往前走。所谓“向上一步”，不是一跃而起的逆袭，是允许自己迷茫，允许自己缓慢，，允许自己歇一歇，是哪怕身处地，也依然相信天亮了就很好，慢慢来也没关系，谢谢欢科姐，谢谢刘同，让我觉得自己的挣扎、坚持、不安，都不算孤单，往后的日子我也想慢慢搭建属于自己的那座岛，不慌不忙，向上一步，好好生活。
