我是一名初中生，偶然的一次机会在网上刷视频时刷到了播客这个软件，于是抱着试试的心态下载了，当时我在首页随机刷新想看看有什么，忽然看到了自习室这个醒目的标题，当时的我很好奇，难道这个是像学习一样的自习室吗？心里不禁感到疑问，在偶然选集的时候看到了一个非常醒目的标题叫反内耗，刚开始时就听到啦自习室两位女士的著名口头禅“进步是最性感的事”她们的语言好似有着魔力般，让人情不自禁地听下去，很喜欢他们讲话的风格，是那种带着很幽默很自在让人听了感觉很安心的，又听了几期感觉对我的帮助很大，因为我从小就是一个内心有点敏感又有些自卑的人，偶然次机会我在她们的对话中得到了很多启示，她们从一个个小故事慢慢牵扯到人生的道理使我明白了不要内耗，去坦然的接受自己，因为过度内耗自己只会伤害自身，而且要相信那些不好的事情发生并不全部都是坏，因为凡事发生皆有利于自己，总体来说的话还是很喜欢两位女士的说话风格及他们所带给我的启示，在将来我相信她们会带着更好的作品向我们走
