端午節快樂~~各位老師！
上週Podcast分享了兩個主題：

出來混，總是會遇到不合拍的同事，那我們要怎麼跟對方一起協作？
當安親班老師的一個好處就是，我們的工作幾乎不太需要跟同事合作，只要專心帶好自己的班就好！
我們是來工作的，不是來幫忙訂飲料買下午茶的。
我們一起努力成為解決問題的人，而不要變成本業顧不好，只能花心思在不重要的事情上面的老師。

我本來是想要在podcast 找相關 安親班老師為什麼要這麼兇或是處罰小孩的聊天內容！
因為我本身是家長
先說明我不是說 「因為不能接受老師兇小孩」的媽媽，而是因為三年級彩正式進入安親班，小孩不能適應安親班老師，回家會跟媽媽唉唉叫，媽媽說，只要你有做到老師的要求，老師不可能針對你個人來罵你（甚至不見得是罵，就是口氣比較大聲）
但是小孩就是不想被媽媽說服
媽媽就上網找看看有沒有節目有家長聊過送安親班的陣痛期
結果意外的聽了至少五集
聽完以後我發現，其實我可能不用為了我兒子的抱怨，努力的去找下一個安親班
因為去安親，老師就是需要管教他們
不然怎麼有辦法在時間內完成功課
因為只要我沒有辦法不工作而親自帶他下課，他就是只能去安親，不要去羨慕不用去安親的孩子，那不然你去到他們家的小孩
去安親的確不可能比在家爽
但是好處是如果適應過後，或許能得到一個比較有效率的小孩
其實主持人分享的雖然是針對安親，但也通用於職場，甚至人性面
我覺得是很不錯，從另外一個角度去了解安親班老師的想法喔
