在這個時期的自己我想透過這次的評論了解以下幾個問題：
1. 本身工作穩定後在本業想以穩定的狀態發展，但如果想要水平發展的話，會如何推薦大家尋找其他的機會呢？
2. 在大型企業的職場政治鬥爭，每天都想宮廷劇，好奇Grace 如何看待這種大型企業的氛圍。
3. 大型企業上司會培養和把資源都給予自己所招募進來的人，如何面對組織內這種情況？
