想請教主講人一個小型團隊主管常遇到、但很少被討論的問題。
目前帶領的是一個只有三、四個人的小部門,團隊成員都已經有十多年資歷。大家都能完成自己的工作,但普遍缺乏進一步成長或承擔更大責任的意願,也沒有接班主管職務的規劃。
