I listened to several episodes. All the episodes have one thing in common: the hosts can’t explain how 1+1=2, nor how Xert aides training or improves cycling performance. In short, don’t waste your time.
Audio quality is poor , even at max volume, it is hard to hear the content with good quality,
The founders and brains behind XERT explain the science of training and how XERT works. It takes cycling training to a whole other level.
Have learned so much about training just from listening to these guys.
Friendly conversation format is very easy to follow to. Highly recommended for the athlete who wants to improve their performance. Only criticism is, comes across and a little casual, though that’s probably why it works
