  • So helpful

I really struggled to find podcasts that were well done and explained natural fertility awareness and the Creighton method in a useful way. Caitlin has such an eloquent way of explaining and helping in these forums. I am excited to attend one of their intro sessions soon and learn more tools to understand my body and cycles from a trustworthy source.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Ep. 201: Why is Creighton better than basal body temp or others? (Listener Question)
Q: What makes the Creighton Model System more useful than basal body temperature and other methods?
The host explains that Creighton is a proactive, single-sign system focused on cervical mucus, which reduces the need for cross-checks, provides real-time data about the start of the fertility window, and often delivers broader medical insights through NaProTechnology, making it more precise and practical for many users.
Ep. 222: Finding Her Worth Through 12+ Years of Infertility, with client Kelsey
Q: Would you mind sharing how you all knew that adoption was right for you?
She explains a long history with the idea, the influence of volunteering with orphans, and how adoption became a deliberate, faith-guided path alongside medical considerations.
Ep. 222: Finding Her Worth Through 12+ Years of Infertility, with client Kelsey
Q: So would you mind sharing some of that with us?
Kelsey describes beginning infertility efforts, the impact of inconclusive workups, and how she and her husband pursued various routes before embracing adoption, all while keeping faith at the center of decision-making.
Ep. 202: Cycle Syncing emotionally and creatively with client, Abby
Q: So what got you interested in working with Woven and learning about the Creighton system?
Abby explains her search for deeper education about hormones and health, and how marriage motivated her to understand her body better, leading her to Creighton as a fit for both health and fertility.
Ep. 203: Vaginal Health 101 with Dr. Sarah Pederson
Q: What are the early indicators of vaginal health that people should look for?
Look for four warning signs: pain, abnormal discharge, unusual odor, and dryness. If any of these occur or if there is a noticeable change from what you normally experience, consider investigating further with a clinician.
