After one hundred (give or take) episodes, a seven-part web series, and innumerable references to “the promise of the West,” WORST GIG EVER has come to an end. A heartfelt thanks to all of our guests, listeners, sponsors, and everyone who shared stor... more
We celebrate our 100th episode much the way we did our 1st, by bringing a member of one of our own bands on to talk about life and how to live it. This time it's Dan Fetherston, Oxford Collapse drummer extraordinare, steamed cheeseburger enthusiast a... more
Limbs fly when Chris Norris jumps out of the back of the van and into "the studio" to bring forth the epic tale of Reversal of Man's ill-fated 2000 European tour. This one's a checklist of wondrous worsts, from towed vans and missed merch to suspicio... more
There’s gonna be “more keys in the monitor” when journeyman musico Jared Van Fleet “sustains” a trip to the studio to debate house sound guys vs. bringing your own, giving up music to become a “businessman,” how start-ups are like bands, lifestyles v... more
Listened to you guys because of Tim Dillon & then Elanor Friedberger episode was great- just presumed the one of you who said you mom was worried you were gay was indeed gay, but then everyone is these days… xo
Listened to the episode with Sam Jayne, who recently passed away. Whole hour was just the two presenters interrupting him and was incredibly annoying. So few detailed interviews on the planet with Sam, and would have loved it if these guys just listened to him instead of constantly ruining his stories and shouting over him. Really depressing and bad. 1 star.
The episode I listened to announced an interview with John Frusciante but he wasn’t part of the podcast at all. So I listened to an hour of nonsense from 2 unfunny people who were conning people into listening by lying.
This is a really great podcast. On one episode Mike names the child actor from 'Cop and 1/2' from memory. and he says it as if it's not completely absurd for someone to know that. I listen to a lot of podcasts and this is the only one that has ever made reference to Norman D. Golden II.
Awesome concept. Great hosts. Funny stories. Get more HC/Punk people on and I get you a sixth star.
