  • Useless.

You deleted literally your entire back catalog. Thousands of episodes, and only 21 random ones available. Don’t even bother.

  • Quality declined

Used to be awesome! Now it isn’t so good. I see that they’re trying to diversify their guests and experiment with new formats but the quality is super uneven. Part of RA’s broader shift away from good editorial content in favor of being a ticketing platform with advertorial content on the side.

  • For an Electronic Music Noob, This is a Goldmine

I know very little about the world of electronic music except the fact that I like it. This podcast is informative and captivating. Martha is such a talented host, I’d listen to her on any show. Love this show for long drives.

EX.799 Takuya Nakamura
Q: How do you approach improvisation during live DJ-pedal sets?
He treats performances like MCing, speaking between lines to keep the groove moving rather than playing uninterrupted trumpet solos, which keeps audiences engaged.
EX.799 Takuya Nakamura
Q: What has been driving the recent surge in interest around your music?
He attributes it to a combination of staying true to his blend of jazz and jungle, consistent online radio presence, and the younger generation rediscovering and reinterpreting the genre post-pandemic.
EX.800 Anton Corbijn
Q: You have been Depeche Mode's creative director for decades. How do you bring soul aesthetically to your work, and what makes your approach distinctive?
He attributes soul to the art of imperfection and the human touch, describing how his style avoids over-polishing and emphasizes natural, imperfect elements that give his images and videos their character.
EX.800 Anton Corbijn
Q: There is one photo in particular I wanted to ask you about, Foto Bono in the tub, smoking cigarettes. Can you tell me about this?
