  • ... with a healthy dose of the Gospel.

I am involved in agriculture in Nebraska and try to continue to integrate Regenerative principles all the time. I really enjoy Clay's podcast because he provides loads of information to help educate and encourage people in regenerative agriculture. The best part for me is how he includes the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and how he helps educate people on how we are stewards of the land God has given us to take care of.

How Pat Miletich is Helping Heal Soil through Detoxification (WCP 516)
Q: Where do you think we are on that journey of awakening about soil health and the problems with conventional farming?
There is growing curiosity and a desire to ask why farming practices have led to health and environmental issues; the path forward involves educating the public, showing observable results, and promoting practices that reintroduce natural cycles rather than relying solely on synthetic inputs.
How Pat Miletich is Helping Heal Soil through Detoxification (WCP 516)
Q: So what's your solution? How are you approaching this, combating this? And do you think there is an awakening happening?
The approach is to restore soil biology by combining mineral diversity, bioactive humates, ocean-derived nutrients, and specialized biology in box formats, then letting microbial processes rebuild the soil and ecosystem. This regeneration accelerates nutrient density in crops and livestock and can shift consumer and farmer mindsets toward healthier, locally produced food.
Why Food Resonates So Deeply (WCP 513)
Q: What are the biggest mindset shifts ranchers need to adopt to farm regeneratively?
Clay describes shifting from a kill-to-foster mindset, learning to value life over chemical-intensive practices, and embracing a business-focused approach that rewards regenerative methods while meeting consumer demand for transparency and quality.
How to Become a Wealthy (Day Working) Cowboy (WCP 514)
Q: What skills are important for day working cowboys?
Pay attention, show up on time, have a good attitude, be coachable, take initiative, and be able to anticipate what needs to happen next.
How to Become a Wealthy (Day Working) Cowboy (WCP 514)
Q: What is day working cowboy and what does it look like in practice?
It started as a way to get paid for helping with cattle work, then evolved into multiple revenue streams like sale barns, hauling, riding for others, and later building a media/podcast business to diversify income.
