    Just listened to this weeks podcast and it brought up this old saying I’ve known for years where the Ranch passed on assets But never passed on the knowledge to operate this usually happens

    When the builder generation never really relinquished any management or decision making ability to the user generation this is what sets up the loser generation that has no management ability from the previous generation
