Less words, lots of music sound
Whenever I get overwhelmed, the pressure in my brain builds up and I donât know where to start, I wrap myself in my heated blanket, pop on noise cancelling headphones and listen to Katie. The way she uses her voice, words and music to precisely but gently guide negative emotions into positives is truly a gift! Itâs like a warm hug of love and care, and doesnât feel ingenuine or woo-woo. I havenât experienced this with other meditations so far.

Sometimes I have a hard time of just letting go of the daily requests and my mind continues to race. so I started listening to meditation for women. I enjoy the voice that guides the meditation, she is very soothing. Iâve just started listening and do hope this will be a nightly practice for me.
