  • Can’t recommend it enough!

Whenever I get overwhelmed, the pressure in my brain builds up and I don’t know where to start, I wrap myself in my heated blanket, pop on noise cancelling headphones and listen to Katie. The way she uses her voice, words and music to precisely but gently guide negative emotions into positives is truly a gift!
