Less words, lots of music sound
Whenever I get overwhelmed, the pressure in my brain builds up and I donāt know where to start, I wrap myself in my heated blanket, pop on noise cancelling headphones and listen to Katie. The way she uses her voice, words and music to precisely but gently guide negative emotions into positives is truly a gift! Itās like a warm hug of love and care, and doesnāt feel ingenuine or woo-woo. I havenāt experienced this with other meditations so far.
