Q: Why is it important to have more women in politics?
Diverse perspectives in politics lead to richer discussions and better policy outcomes.
Why we need more women in politics with Licia Heath

We inspire women to engage in politics and equip them with the skills needed, whether as candidates, campaign managers, or volunteers.
EvenBetter improving gender pay gaps with Sorrel Kesby
Q: What does the solution need to be in terms of addressing gender pay gaps?
It needs to be a combination of top-down legislation and bottom-up advocacy, where women and allies support each other in navigating workplace challenges.
EvenBetter improving gender pay gaps with Sorrel Kesby
Q: Where would you say to start looking?
I would certainly start looking at what is happening between the lower and upper quartiles, particularly why there is such a significant drop-off in female representation at the higher levels.
EvenBetter improving gender pay gaps with Sorrel Kesby
Q: Could you have an example of like a client that you worked with and what it showed up?
We have customers that it's one of those sort of like the squeaky wheel gets the grease, but it's not where it should be applied, leading to the misunderstanding of hiring women at lower levels instead of promoting them to leadership roles.
