  • Right on Time.

This podcast has truly opened my eyes and given me the motivation I needed to move forward as a W.O.C. and leader in the workplace. In my head, Rai and Blanca are my longtime girlfriends whom I like to catch up with while enjoying a good glass of wine in front of the fireplace. Thank you ladies for making this space for us. I am grateful to know that while we are all on our own separate journeys, we stand together in these challenging times, and as always, have the fortitude to set the standard.... more

  • I want to like it

I really want to like it. But the hosts spend a lot of time “credentialing” both themselves and their guests, instead of talking about the topics at-hand. Conversations are often meandering. And Blanca’s voice. Oy. This type of podcast is really needed, but this one isn’t doing what it could be doing. Battle Tactics for Your Sexist Workplace or She Makes Money Moves are examples of similar types of podcasts that are doing a better job. This one could take some notes.

You are not alone: It’s easy to silently struggle with all the issues discussed in this podcast. At times, this feels like a Mentorship program that I have not found in my professional environment. The advice and perspective is so accurate, empowering and informative. I often find myself saying “YES!” in agreement of the content discussed.

We need to support these women! They are really doing something here by unpacking a lot of what WOC experience and then... we need to carry it to our profe... more
