Habe den Podcast im Oktober 2025 entdeckt und fand einige Folgen sehr spannend und aufklärend. Leider stört mich mittlerweile dieser krampfhafte Versuch der Jugendsprache und der ganze Anglizismen. Bei der aktuell Folge geht es um Fitnesstracker. Als zum Ende hin gesagt wurde, dass solche Selbstoptimierungsphasen immer in schweren oder schwachen Phasen entstehen, bin ich vom Glauben abgefallen.
