I loved hearing Dr. Keating’s advice on getting conversations going with people whose life experiences you want to know more about. Her emphasis on knowing more about the everyday experiences of their earlier lives, earlier selves really resonates with me and provides a deeper understanding of that person’s personality and perspective.
