Loving episodes on AI and SEO!! I’m not a product founder myself, but I have so many product businesses in my PR community wanting to get in front of more people! So I’m always looking for more resources I can share with them! Especially with the recent ChatGPT x Shopify integration! This is a great resource to stay up to date with the platform, best practices, and successful case studies!

  • No fluff- A small biz’s BFF in all things strategy

If you are running a Shopify store - this is a must. Each episode is packed with real information that has actionable takeaways that I can run and test in my own business. The pacing of the show is excellent also. I often re-listen to episodes because they are chopped full of so much info. Or I’ll save episodes for a good binge on a long road trip . It’s like having Shopify coach riding in the car with me.

1 Million Shopify Journeys Reveal The Offers That Actually Convert
Q: Can you explain tiered gifting and how brands should approach it?
Tiered gifting unlocks progressively better gifts as customers spend more, encouraging continued engagement and larger baskets while keeping the initial gift attainable; it works best when the first gift remains appealing and subsequent gifts entice continued spending without becoming overly complex or easy to game.
1 Million Shopify Journeys Reveal The Offers That Actually Convert
Q: How does gifting compare to traditional discount codes?
Gifting tends to drive higher perceived value and can increase average order value more effectively for new customers, while discounts are more straightforward for promotions; both can be used strategically, but gifts often feel more value-driven and less devaluing than blanket discounts.
1 Million Shopify Journeys Reveal The Offers That Actually Convert
Q: What's the best thing you can do to convert someone?
Introducing a gift at the moment of checkout can convert new users by immediately increasing perceived value and nudging them over the line, especially when the gift is tailored to the customer's likely interests and keeps bag size reasonable.
How to Build a DTC Brand: Your Shopify Store Isn’t Enough
Q: What is the big difference between someone building a cool store and a real brand?
The guest explains that consumers are drawn to a brand that they identify with, not just a product's features; brand signals, identity, and emotional reassurance matter more in driving purchases and loyalty.
Shopify Marketing: Build Customer Trust That Converts By Matviy Matviyenko
Q: What role does content (website and YouTube) play in your trust-building strategy?
Content serves as a source of truth and education, helping buyers understand options, compare specs, and see real-world usage, which reduces the need for costly in-person interactions while growing authority.
