I found the guests and content very informative and I look forward to each episode with such conflicting emotions. On the one hand I derive value from the guests’ stories but the price I pay having to listen to the host’s vocal fry drives me up the wall. So much so, that the last two episodes I cut short and found something else.
Love all the shopify interviews but the shelter podcast (nov 2025) is an absolute standout- so much so that I searched the review tab - love the transparency, the clean beauty, low tox mission, goals etc etc - everything!!
I feel bad writing this but the hosts are so boring. They don’t engage well with the guests, seem interested or even seem prepared for the interview. The editing needs help too. It’s so hard sitting through a podcast.
I just scroll through and find whatever title is most relevant to me. So much value so far! Two thumbs up!
Literally like oh my God, the worst host. Can’t stand her annoying voice. Also the music interspersed within the interviews is all weird. It’s like they’re trying to replicate how I built this, but it is just off.
