Such a great listen! It always inspires and challenges me with energy and optimism. Shelby does such a great job interviewing her guest and I can often hear the smile on her face. I might not tackle any great challenge like her guests but I’m inspired to tackle my own challenges with renewed vision and hope.

Biking Across Every Continent with Liam Garner
Q: How is sponsorship changing the trip this time around?
This time I had months of outreach, secured a bike sponsor, racks, bags, and clothing, and started earning money through social media, which provides more freedom and reduces the need to sleep on the street in the rain.
Biking Across Every Continent with Liam Garner
Q: What went into planning that first adventure?
There was essentially no planning at first; the driver was sheer will and frugal budgeting, followed by gradually seeking sponsorships and leveraging a social media presence to fund the current trip.
Biking Across Every Continent with Liam Garner
Q: Tell us about your wild idea that you're on.
I'm aiming to bike from Europe to Asia, Portugal to Singapore, continuing the overall project of biking every continent, a seven-year plan with a focus on growth, learning, and sharing the journey through videos.
Kayaking 310 Miles Down the Klamath River with Tasia Linwood
Q: What was a typical day of training like?
Training moved from calm lakes to challenging class four and five rapids, with careful progression over two years; persistence and practice were key to gaining the skills to navigate the river safely.
Kayaking 310 Miles Down the Klamath River with Tasia Linwood
Q: What did you think of kayaking?
It was terrifying at first; the sport demanded a lot of physical resilience and mental focus, but it also became a source of joy and empowerment as I learned to trust the river and my training.
