I found this podcast while searching directly for another case. That one episode got me hooked and now I’m binging them all. Ben’s voice and storytelling is so captivating! Nichole always says exactly what I’m thinking! Realistic, respectful and somehow funny. Very entertaining, doing my best to stayyyyy wickeddddd!
As my title says, this type of true crime podcast – the kind with a married couple as co-hosts or more than one host in general – is not my cup of tea.
And....I've discovered, as with other duo podcasts, if you can make it past the first 5 or 6 minutes of inane chatter, it's not too bad.
I respect Ben's efforts to try to remain on task and on topic, steering Nicole back when she sometimes veers off. But from what I've listened to so far, Nicole doesn't really go very far off topic too often,... more
As my title says, this type of true crime podcast – the kind with a married couple as co-hosts or more than one host in general – as I very easily get extremely irritated with obnoxious banter and off-topic/side discussions.
However, I read the reviews, and I noticed that at least a couple people stated that there's usually minimal banter and off topic discussions...so I gave it a shot.
