As a daily consumer of crime and spooky podcasts, I can say without hesitation that Gruesome is in my top 2 podcasts. Yes, I’m comparing THAT one (MFM, Morbid, etc) too.
These podcasters are obviously actually friends, have experienced true crime firsthand (which inherently changes their perspectives), and have JUST the right ratio of crime to chatting. Favorite!! 💚🩵💜🖤
They give you the true crime, but they do it without being so serious that you can’t stand to listen to it. It’s kind of hard to explain. I guess they’re sort of like me…they laugh instead of cry and cuss when they need to cuss and call people the names they need to be called. They don’t victim shame, and they called the bad guys all the names they need to be called and then at the end, they tell a little stories about themselves and their families and all kinds of little funny things.
Where are you, Coni and Meg? We miss you and hope you are well. 😍
I loved this podcast. But is there only one episode a month?! I’m confused. I keep coming back to listen to a new episode and there never is one. And because of that I have finally decided to unfollow 😣
I love the podcast but they’re getting farther and farther apart.
