I love the concept of this podcast. There’s an obvious and specific niche, however the host does a great job of switching up things from topics to guests that keep listeners on their toes. I appreciate the authenticity and welcoming environment that radiates off of this pod as well. Cant wait to dive deeper into your content. 🙏🏻

I love listening to Emily and her fun guests chat about movies! They go into so much depth while giggling the whole way. It is a wonderful time each time I press play.

This is a great podcast, it’s a very fun and enjoyable listen. The host is very knowledgeable about the movies covered on the show and obviously has a appreciation for them. The show is full of great energy, great conversation, and fun movies. Give this show a listen for yourself, it really is such an enjoyable podcast. 👍👍

A charming look back on the films which made our childhood, how they may have shaped us, and the all important question of whether they hold up or not. A lovely podcast which pairs the wonderful host with great guests, giving us excellent conversations. There's also Drinking Game episodes, where we get a blow-by-blow dissecting of a film, as alcohol is consumed, and much entertainment is had. The Thumbelina episode is especially worth your time.

I only discovered it this week and I already love it! It’s either hearing people who love a film as much as you do talking about the nerdy things you enjoy talking about or learning more about a film you didn’t know so much about! What’s not to love?!

If you LOVE film... Especially the ones from yesteryear, Then this podcast is 100% for you. Emily is an extremely engaging host and always has enjoyable guests with her. I like the fact this podcast also uncovers some hidden gems that I hadn't seen before. So...Thanks Emily for this wonderful, informative and downright fun podcast!

I absolutely love this podcast! It makes me want to travel back to my childhood and watch all of these movies again :) Emily really knows what she’s talking about and it’s refreshing to have someone so knowledgeable about a fun topic. Love it!

Absolutely brilliant podcast! So much fun!

The set up of this podcast is fab. A guest chooses a childhood favourite film and rewatches it before coming on to the show to discuss whether it has changed since being viewed with younger eyes.

It’s great to hear how films can and DO change and how some favourites are completely disagreed upon with host Emily Slade.

I love listening to this fun and unique take on the film podcast and often end up with a new film or two on my watch list
