    I always thought I was a very vulnerable person. I believed I had no issues with vulnerability and knew how to communicate effectively with others, boy was I wrong!

    Listening to the what’s just critical conversations podcast has opened my eyes to the idea that maybe there is more for me to learn regarding my communication with those around me, especially when it comes to romantic partners as well as communication with colleagues.
