This quickly became my favorite podcast. Tommy and Pete are so funny together, as well as being insightful and compassionate. I followed Pete over from his ADHD podcast figuring I’d see what this anxiety show was all about and ended up becoming a huge fan. Upbeat, lighthearted and funny. This show is extremely well produced and these guys are great podcasters who are always engaging. I definitely recommend this podcast, especially for anyone with any type of anxiety or stresses to gain a positive and humorous spin on them.
