    I started listening to Dr Lee Warren podcast a few weeks ago after a Christian friend of mine recommended him to me. I have learned so much and also applied so much in my daily life. At age 66, I have struggled with depression, anxiety, and all whole host of symptoms and traumas. I have turned my focus back to God and have found joy in the midst of pain.
