I am so incredibly grateful that I am able to know Chris and to gain so much knowledge from him. This podcast has been such a positive thing in my life. It has helped me realize that it’s ok to say no to things that aren’t right for me and to not take everyone’s responsibilities as my own and to say yes to things I am excited for and want. more

  • Authentic. Vulnerable. Refreshing

So grateful for Chris’s presence in the world. The space he facilitates for his guests (who are all amazing) allows them to bring their whole, true and best selves and in turn, we as the listeners can bring whole selves too as we journey through their stories and find ourselves within them. I am so grateful for the stories shared here, the insights, and the challenges Chris and his guests have given. Such great stuff!
