    Grace congratulations everyone needs this podcast in their life! Megan I love how you talk about fear showing up in different ways and that will not be obvious to everyone i.e. in the ‘doing’ and ‘busyness’. I definitely used ‘busyness’ as a numbing tool - because I was too scared to rest, think and process what had happened.
