Other parenting podcasts come and go for me, but I’ve been listening to What Fresh Hell for 5+ years now and it’s still a great listen every time. The wit conceals genuine parenting wisdom and I’ve learned a lot from Amy and Margaret’s experience and world view. Thanks so much from a mum in Australia.
This podcast is the highlight of my week!
I’ve been listening to this delightful pair for about four years now, and tuning into the podcast has become a weekly staple in my life. They’re funny, thoughtful, and tackle really interesting topics affecting parents and women of all ages and stages today (I can’t tell you how many times I’ve thought of Margaret singing “developmentally appropriate” in various parenting situations lol). Hearing Amy and Margaret pop into my earbuds feels like watching a comfort show - so good!
As a first time mom, these ladies have been my spirit guides as I adjust to this new chapter of life. In the loneliness of postpartum, I had this podcast to keep me company at all hours of the day and night. It is a perfect combination of wisdom and humor, but also a healthy reminder that there is no such thing as a “perfect” parent or a “perfect” child. 10/10 recommend for all parents of all experience levels!
Finally, a podcast I am truly following! I eagerly wait for every episode to drop each week. I’ve never really meshed well enough with a podcast to feel that way before. Amy and Margaret have the perfect dynamic to keep things engaging and funny while introducing helpful topics and perspectives to navigate the crazy waters of parenthood. Thank you for all of your hard work and for being an entertaining part of my morning commute!
