    I have come to love and appreciate this podcast so tremendously over the past year or two I’ve been listening. When we’re trying to help our anxious children, it can be very easy to fall into despair or fear. To counter that, Lynn and Robin’s episodes are filled with hope, positivity, normalcy about anxious feelings, straight talk and advice we can all understand, as well as a humour and light-heartedness that helps bring us out of the heaviness of it all.     This is exactly what I need right now… I’ve been going through past episodes and downloading the ones that I think are relevant… And I think I’ve downloaded just about all of them so I’ve decided to go back to the beginning and listen to one episode a day. I have three children ages five through twelve. I’ve always suffered with crippling anxiety stemming back to school days.   • My favorite podcast

    The past few yrs have been really tough especially on teenagers. This is my first time raising a teenager. I never imagined I'd have so much to learn. Fluster Clux has become my favorite podcast to listen to. It's so informative and has helped me become a better mother. It helps me, help my daughter in so many ways.
