Really enjoying the content, and your guests are great.
I really enjoy these podcast. They break down complex medical problems into understandable sound bites that most of us can understand. And most importantly, these insights help you understand how small changes to your day to day lifestyle can add up to make lasting positive impact. I’ve been applying these changes myself and they helped me lose over 20 kilograms, sleep consistently better and make fitness part of my life without a gym membership.
