是此青吗这里是「稳定充电」，一档记录当代女青年真实能量状态的播客。 我们是三个女主播，状态极不稳定：时而能量爆棚，雄心勃勃地建构知识体系，时而疲惫摆烂，心安理得地在信息茧房里瘫痪。我们不想再为这种「不规律」而内耗，决定把它变成一场公开的自我剖析实验。 所以，这个播客会记录我们如何在高能时保持清醒，在低谷时与疲惫共处。我们充电，但不代表要永远满电。我们汲取能量，也为了更好地实现「能量自治」。 在这里，我们聊的文化产品、生活经历和社会事件，都将是我们进行自我观察的切片。我们的目标不是输出标准答案，而是通过表达实现「稳定充电」。
