  • I like it BUT

I do like this podcast but I hate how dear media just recycles the same podcast guests. I instantly skip over the episodes like the amino acids one that sound like in infomercial. I love the episodes where she has guests unique to her podcast!

  • You’re my motivation for the day

I work on a Superyacht and listening to your podcasts is my favourite part of my day. You’ve motivated me to get into a healthy routine and helped me get on track with what supplements to take. I’ve simplified my skin routine and my fitness routine and I’ve never felt more motivated to keep consistent. I’ve learnt so much from you and the knowledgeable people you bring onto your podcast, so thank you 🩷 You’re a true inspiration to me.

  • Too many ads and content is repetitive

I listen to a lot of podcasts and respect that they all have ads, but this podcast has more ads than I’ve ever experienced on any other podcast. I spend too much time having to fast forward. The content lately has became boring and repetitive. She talks about wellness tips that are obvious and things that every other wellness influencer podcasts about - nothing new or riveting. Her voice is also very monotone, which makes it difficult for me to stay engaged.
