Love all of Gracie’s podcasts! So fun and informative!❤️
The real deal! So impressed with the topics and wish I had this when I was younger. Love listening and love Gracie’s voice. I find it very soothing to start my morning.
Not saying that things like tongue scraping, oil pulling, or even hair oiling are reserved for certain communities… but when you get on a podcast and use a single study to talk about how these practices and rituals impact communities they were not invented for is pretty harmful. Hair oiling may be bad for white women because the practice was not created for their hair texture or type… would love a more nuanced and grey area on some of these comments
I love this podcast so much! I listen to one episode, then listen again just to take notes! So much valuable information in each episode! I just did a food sensitivity test to begin my healing journey.
Gracie’s style is so unique and captivating. more
