Love the show but lately Aj has been working through her pain on the mic. Go heal baby and come back better. Btw not using the N word is a step towards creating a healthy environment for black people.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Still Can't Trust Nobody
Q: What is your price to stay loyal or to betray someone for money?
The guests discuss that almost everyone has some price, but the level and nature of the price depend on circumstances, with some people willing to betray for family, love, or money, while others insist on loyalty being priceless for certain people.
Never Forget feat. Laura Dyan Kezman and William Howell
Q: Why include the deposition footage and how did they secure access to such materials?
They explain that the deposition footage provides a rare, candid look at the process and that legal and prosecutorial cooperation was essential to obtain records and ensure factual grounding for the film.
Never Forget feat. Laura Dyan Kezman and William Howell
Q: What does it mean to turn real life tragedy into film, and is it awareness, activism, or accountability?
The guests discuss that the film aims to illuminate truth beyond official narratives, explore accountability, and use storytelling as a conduit for social change rather than merely presenting tragedy.
Dreams on Layaway ft. Jackie Woodyear
Q: So what would you say to people who feel like buying and renting is out of reach right now?
Go to work, go to work. Do whatever it is that you can afford; it's about securing your future financially.
Dreams on Layaway ft. Jackie Woodyear
Q: What advice would you give to a first-time buyer, just scared, ready to get out there and buy a home, but they don't know what to do exactly?
Get information; figure out what it is that you have to do and then do that. If you're not ready, then at least you have a starting point and you can put a goal in place.
