I’m a service manager at a Plumbing/HVAC/Electric company. I have only been listening to the show a couple of weeks, trying to soak in as much info as possible to help my team. I had my first major success today when I helped a tech overcome 3 objections from a homeowner and close the job onsite. You guys are great and the show 100% provides relevant information that everyone should soak in. Thanks for putting this out there to help me get better at my job!
