  • I can’t believe this is free

I’ve been listening to Waste No Day for a couple of years now, and it really has made a difference in my career. I’ve applied so much of what I’ve learned in the field and had great conversations with other technicians because of it. The information can truly change your career and your life, and the fact that it’s free is incredible. I especially appreciate the connection to faith. Thanks, Nate and Brian, for all you do!

Lorne Sederoff - The Reviews That Make Google Choose You
Q: How do LSAs matter in 2026 with AI changing search?

Jack Johnston - The Mindset Shift That Turned a Sales Skeptic Into a Top Performer
Q: How do you maintain integrity when upselling larger systems like tankless water heaters or whole-home upgrades?
Present clear, honest assessments of needs, explain long-term benefits, and tailor recommendations to individual home scenarios. Emphasize that the goal is to improve the customer's life and home, not just to increase the sale, and back it up with verifiable outcomes.
Jack Johnston - The Mindset Shift That Turned a Sales Skeptic Into a Top Performer
Q: What practical steps would you give to someone who's at a four or five on the sales-interest scale?
Start small: try offering options without pressuring, use testimonials to illustrate value, and monitor customer reactions. Don't push unnecessarily; instead, show what exists and let the homeowner decide, which often leads to better appreciation and more conversions over time.
