Wow, there’s a surprise that you push people to rent instead of owning a home and then all you do is own rentals. Yap, Yap, Yap. Love that you couldn’t change John Morgan’s mind on debt. Quit conning people into thinking debt is great. John Morgan is 10X smarter than you. I’m glad you had him on to show your listeners how dumb you are.

You can never get enough of the value Uncle G delivers!!
Needs to be contrarian to promote his own stuff. 99.99% of the people listening to this stuff will never go anywhere with it. It is so far over their heads. Grant is not relatable. My guess is we’ll see Grant in the news in a few years after he is arrested for fraud after talking people into buying into his housing fund. Barkers at a carnival sound more appealing. Don’t be Mindless America and think this droll is the truth. He’s just pedaling himself.
“She probably didn’t feel underage either” -Grant referring to a 17 year old girl. The sound quality was terrible but that comment really did it. I turned it off and found someone else to listen to who has some morals.
