99.99% of the people listening to this stuff will never go anywhere with it. It is so far over their heads. Grant is not relatable. My guess is we’ll see Grant in the news in a few years after he is arrested for fraud after talking people into buying into his housing fund. Barkers at a carnival sound more appealing. Don’t be Mindless America and think this droll is the truth. He’s just pedaling himself.
All fear mongering baseless statistics. Definitely appealing to Mindless America. He’s missed his audience completely. This does not apply to the average Joe. I’ve only been listening to this show for a couple weeks, but every episode is captivating and engaging with clear action steps no matter where you are. I can’t recommend this podcast enough. I am already taking steps to 10X my life.

I used to like this guy but listening to his podcast he’s just throwing out word salad to promote himself. His theories on running out of 401k money is a joke. If you have 5 million in an IRA or 401k, you’ll never run out of money if you’re smart. Even at a million you’ll never run out in retirement. But Grant talks like you’re going to be taking out your seed money to live on. Come Grant, quit being a Democrat and using scare tactics to promote your book and yourself.
