  • Will be in Prison within 5 years

Needs to be contrarian to promote his own stuff. 99.99% of the people listening to this stuff will never go anywhere with it. It is so far over their heads. Grant is not relatable. My guess is we’ll see Grant in the news in a few years after he is arrested for fraud after talking people into buying into his housing fund. Barkers at a carnival sound more appealing. Don’t be Mindless America and think this droll is the truth. He’s just pedaling himself.

  • Explicit-not for business folks

“She probably didn’t feel underage either” -Grant referring to a 17 year old girl. The sound quality was terrible but that comment really did it. I turned it off and found someone else to listen to who has some morals.

  • Con to con

It speaks volumes that this guy is a Trump supporter. A con must support another con. And he has a string of cons on his podcast. This could be potentially super valuable and informative, if he wasn’t having literal criminals on his podcast.

How John Morgan Built the Google of Law
Q: What inspired your idea of making a Google-like footprint for a law firm?
What would Google do if it were a law firm? It would be everywhere for everybody and control the cases, much like how search controls information; that became a blueprint for Morgan & Morgan's national expansion.
How John Morgan Built the Google of Law
Q: What traits do you look for when hiring for leadership roles like a CMO?
I want intelligence, but more importantly I want people who tell me what I need to hear, not what I want to hear; I value competitive spirit, morning exercisers, and people who aren't afraid to question the status quo.
Passion or Profit?
Q: What role does debt play in building wealth?
Debt can be productive when used for assets that generate income; it's about purpose and where the money is invested, not avoiding debt altogether.
Passion or Profit?
Q: How should someone choose a mentor?
Match your targets with the mentor's phase in their life cycle, study them from a distance if needed, and ensure alignment with your goals.
Passion or Profit?
Q: Do you think anyone can become a successful entrepreneur?
Yes, 1000%—with the will to define what success means for them and to act decisively, pursue the right targets, and put in the work.
