不只戒肉、蛋、奶、油、酒，也控制餐數。
目的在於克己、悔改。跟台灣人過農曆新年是大魚大肉🐟🍖，很不同。
保加利亞人即使不齋戒數10天，平安夜也盡量不吃肉。
在素食的平安夜，有一道經典的菜是 白豆湯🍲，這是保加利亞的國菜。
通常，前一晚就開始浸泡白豆一夜。這是一道起源於巴爾幹地區的農家飲食👨🌾，

捷克人吃法很多樣，有水煮，也有油炸。可鹹，也可甜。😋
