面對不規則的梯形基地，貝聿銘運用三角幾何與中軸線的巧思，巧妙串聯新舊館，讓現代建築與古典建築和諧共存。
他認為，博物館不只是展示藝術🖼️，更應該是一個讓人願意停留、自在探索的空間，因此打造出樓層彼此相望、動線流暢的設計，讓建築本身也成為藝術的一部分✨。
